MINDFULNESS



Mindfulness: 

We all want to be happy and a way to help ourselves to be joyful is to be aware of the moment we are living.

Mindfulness: 
A mental state achieved by focusing one´s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one´s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as therapeutic technique.
